Mobile Social Networking (MoSoNet)

Dr. Georg Groh

Server-based Social Networking on the Web has several drawbacks, which can be overcome by decentralized P2P Social Networking. Transferring decentralized P2P Social Networking to the mobile domain allows to take individual context as well as social context into consideration for new classes of services. The MoSoNet project aims at investigating models, algorithms and applications for mobile context-sensitive social networking.
